These awards are given to the websites which best exemplify quality, frequent and timely updates, which do a great job of covering HS baseball and helpful to TBR.  Let me add that there are several nice sites, but you can't pick them all in one year! 

NCAA Division 1

TENNESSEE - Tennessee added the gametracker to it's lineup. It is a great way to keep up with games at no cost. I'd like to see them add a video feed at no charge?? Wishful thinking!! Great job of putting up pre game reports as well as reports on alumni.

NCAA Division 2 & 3

TUSCULUM COLLEGE -  This site continues to set the standard and with the addition of internet radio for some games it got even better.

NAIA All Divisions

LEE UNIVERSITY - There really isn't a challenger in this division. Timely links and stories for the games. If they would just put a free radio version of the game on they would challenge all schools in Tennessee for top website.

JUCO BASEBALL

Walters State  - This site has changed addresses and it's not fancy at all. However, timely updates and stories are sent to me by their sports information director for every game.

HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL

Hickman County High School - great new website stylish, up to date and timely updates for games and scores. It is what every High School website should strive to be.

With Bob's departure we will see what the future holds, but this site goes to the TBR Hall of Fame for baseball websites as the first ever entry. Next year we will look hard for a resource guide, but in reality there will never  be one that comes close!! So while I could keep giving this award year after year, it is redundant to do so. So unless another site steps up, I'll probably retire this award.

Times Gazette  Shelbyville - while there are several deserving sites in this category.. This is the first time the Shelbyville paper has ever covered sports this well and they improved their web presence tremendously.

News Examiner  Gallatin  All the others remain a step behind in coverage of high school sports and I will repeat - put the stats back in on your All County teams!

Best JUCO Coverage

Banner  Cleveland  - The Cleveland Banner stepped up this year and did a much better job of covering Cleveland State Baseball.
