| Kelly Bratton - "Coming off a disappointing weekend they will be ready to play and we know that. It is tough to play down there and we will see a hungry team this weekend. Coach Reynolds will have his team ready to go after the sweep. Our pitchers must go deep in the ball game to give us a chance to win. We will have to do a better job on defense than we have in the past, and we must execute all the time. We need the top of our line up to get on base and give us a spark. This a very important weekend for us, if we can win the series we will be right in the mix of things. For all this to happen we must make the game simple and go out and play the game of baseball." |
Bo Reynolds - "I
know Coach Bratton will have his team ready to play this series. If I'm
their hitters they will be coming in here licking their chops. I just hope
we can compete for three games at their level. We have to throw strikes and make quality pitches in key situations. We finally have Brandon Goodman back and that gives us a chance in one game. Someone on our staff must step up and make quality pitches. Going through the motions will not get it done! Our hitters give us a chance and our pitching has been giving it away! Walks and hit batters are not the way to protect four run leads!." |
