Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association  All-Region/State Nomination

  Deadline for sending this form by email is May 31, 2009

THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY IN ORDER FOR YOUR PLAYER TO RECEIVE CONSIDERATION - ESPECIALLY FIELDING STATS

This information will be used to determine  other things besides the TBCA All-State team including:

1) Statewide Stat Leaders

2) Tennessee Baseball Report - Super Sophomore and Freshman Teams

Remember, to be eligible for TBCA Awards the HS Coach must be a member. If you (the Coach) are not a member, you still need to complete this form for stat leaders, etc... Your player will not be elgible for TBCA All-Region/State teams.

If your player pitches and plays a position you can nominate him but he will be picked on achievements at both positions separately. In other words, he will be evaluated by what he does at each position.
