PRE-REGISTRATION- Coaches use the attached form. Deadline for pre-registration is Saturday January 14th, 2011.
If you are pre-registered and unable to attend, we will retain a $20.00 registration fee. The balance will be returned to you as soon as possible.
REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR- Will be Friday January 28th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 for players and coaches.
Registration will begin on Saturday January 29th from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
CLINIC FEES per coach (Each coach pays a fee)
Pre-Registration:
Members: $65.00 (before January 14th, 2011) Includes Awards Luncheon ticket
Non-Members $85.00 (before January 14th, 2011) Includes Awards Luncheon ticket
After January 14th and at the door will be $85.00 for members and $105 for non-members
