Offensively SR CF Logan Crisp .318, 3 2B, 34R, 29SB will set the table in the leadoff spot. SR LF Tyler Bowling, based upon last seasons performance will fill the 2 slot .300.  The power slots will have SR 2B Alex Kelley .243,32B,9RBI, Sr C Matt Tinker .420, 5 2B, 1HR 26RBI, SR 3B Cary Gann .429, 62B, 2HR, 29RBI, SO 1B Tanner Turpin .325, 42B, 2HR, 22RBI, and SR RF Kyle Coker .333, 52B, 3HR, 15RBI.

The pitching staff returns 2 time district Pitcher of the year Cary Gann along with 8 other hurlers, who saw significant mound time. Gann was the ace 58IP, 5-4, 2Sv, 80Ks, 2.41ERA. Alex Kelley and Tyler Bowling each logged 27IP, with Kelley going 2-1.Tanner Turpin 20IP, 3-1 3.85ERA 25Ks, and JR Dakota Thompson, who will be in the mix in the OF when not pitching. He picked up 2 wins in district tournament play, 20IP, 3-1 3.15ERA 12Ks.

Defense, along with pitching should be the strength of this team. All the starters return, the strength should be up the middle Tinker catching, Crisp in CF, and Taylor Coleman SS. The outfield should prove competitive with 4 players vying for 3 spots.

The bobcats return all starters from last years roster, including 9 seniors. The Bobcats should be in the running for the district crown, Wartburg is always tough series along with rival Coalfield. The cats must must work and compete everyday. The success of this season depends upon the ownership the 9 seniors exhibit.
