PRE-REGISTRATION
Coaches, please use the link below. The deadline for pre-registration is Friday, January 16, 2026. If you are pre-registered and unable to attend, we will retain a $25.00 registration fee. The balance will be returned to you as soon as possible.
REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR
Registration will begin on Friday, January 16th, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for players and coaches. Registration on Saturday, January 17th, will be from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.

After January 16th, the price at the door will be $100.00 for members and $135 for non-members. The luncheon will be based on availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Cool Springs Marriott in Franklin will be our host clinic. They are offering a special flat rate of $139.00 per room. Call (888) 403-6772 or (615) 261-6100 for reservations. We had to guarantee a block of rooms for the hotel, so please plan to stay and make your reservations early.

The reservation Link/Booking Instructions for your room block are below. As a reminder, the last day for attendees to make reservations at the group rate is the cutoff date of December 22nd. If you need to make any reservations for staff/VIP's that will be billed to your master account, please send that information directly to me prior to the cutoff date.
